2-stroke Top end
Piston, rings, wrist pin, clips, small-end bearing and gaskets. Cylinder and head inspected before assembly.
Flat-rate labour for a bare engine on the bench, in Canadian dollars. You supply the parts, so there’s no markup.
We’ll remove it from the frame and reinstall it once the rebuild is done.
Cylinder replating or boring and valve seat cutting are done by a specialized machine shop before final assembly, at your expense.
A top end replaces the wear parts above the crank. It’s regular maintenance, and how often you need one depends on how hard you ride.
A full rebuild adds the bottom end: the cases are split, and the crank, main bearings and seals are replaced.
There’s no bottom-end-only price. The top end has to come off to split the cases and go back on once the bottom end is done, so that work is part of every bottom-end job.
Send your year, make and model, and the build you need. You’ll get a quick quote and a recommended parts list.
